HS-Mn RT Activity Kit

For analysis of Mn2+-dependent retrovirus RT activity. The kit can be used for detection and quantification of Murine leukemia virus (MuLV) and Porcine endogenous retrovirus (PERV) RT activity.

Another application is the monitoring of PERV and PERV-like replication in cell culture media or pelleted particles. The assay is also useful for the analysis of RT from Spumavirus, Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and other mammalian C-type retroviruses.
